Standard Layouts

Our spacious venue, which spans 1,592 square feet, provides ample space for meetings, workshops, and events of various sizes. With flexible layout options and state-of-the-art amenities, our venue offers the perfect backdrop for creativity, collaboration, and success. The layouts below are standard, but we are happy to accommodate any layout that fits your needs. Each design has a maximum seating capacity for comfort.

Events larger than 20 guests must be held after hours or on weekends in consideration of our neighbors downstairs.

Additional Services

RENTAL Rates

There is a 2-hour rental minimum to ensure guests have enough time to prepare before their event starts and to tidy up afterwards, allowing for a seamless and stress-free experience. We also charge a flat $50 cleaning fee for all rentals to cover trash removal and space maintenance. We ask all guests to return the space as close to it's original condition as possible.

Directions

Cabellow is located on the second floor inside the black-and-white metal building on Houston Avenue.

heading south on i-45

Take I-45 S and Exit 49A toward Quitman St. Turn right onto White Oak. Turn left onto Houston Ave, the building will be on your left right before the street dips below the bridge.

heading north on i-45

Take I-45 N and Exit 47B toward Houston Ave. Follow signs toward Houston Ave, the building will be on your right, immediately after passing under the bridge.

Heading east on i-10

Take I-10 East and Exit 767B toward Taylor St. Turn left onto Crockett St. Turn right onto Houston Ave, the building will be on your left.

Heading West on i-10

Take I-10 West and Exit 769B toward San Jacinto St/Main St. Follow signs to merge onto Providence St. Turn right onto Main St. Turn left onto Hogan St and continue on to Crockett St. Turn left onto Houston Ave. The building will be on your left.

Parking

Ample street parking is available along Dart Street. If parking elsewhere, please follow all street parking signage in the surrounding side streets. Please note that there is no parking behind Mont Art House.
